Not a bad read

After reading the reviews I bought the book because I enjoy forming my own opinion.

I have to admit I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue to read the story once I discovered the Hero (Joe) had issues with being a ‘neat freak’ because men who can’t get dirty drive me crazy, but I plunged forward with the tale.

Sure, the story is predictable.  It’s a romance novel after all.

Some of the reviews mention the improper word usage throughout the pages.  I say, for .99 cents who cares?  It’s an enjoyable read.  It wasn’t that poorly written.  Have you ever read a text message?  Now there’s poor spelling and grammar for you.  All in all, the author did a wonderful job with storytelling.  I’ve read several books that were far, far errors than this one.  Those authors I simply won’t read again.  Theresa Ragan I’ll continue to enjoy.

I didn’t fall in love with the hero, but I did find him fun.

All of us have different tastes.  If you’re a stickler for more development in story lines, character development and need perfect grammar don’t buy the book.  However, if you’re looking for a quick read, and do not mind a mistake here and there by all means I recommend picking up A knight in Central Park.
